All sandblasting machines work on the same principles: finely abrasive media is used to clean and abrade a covering, typically metal, of any rust, paint or other rejected surface elements. This is done by means of a pressure gun that fires escape the sand at high speed to affect the intended surface. All sandblasters use the related pressurized gun, which has a ceramic container or interior coating to prevent the sand from consuming it over time. The specific process by which the sand is included in the gun differs. Basically speaking, there are three types of a sandblaster.
As sand is used as the abrasive media in the blasting method thus to avoid clarity dust collectors or dust extractors are even connected with the enclosed sandblaster cabinet. In the sandblasting cabinet, the operator cannot require any safety gadgets like a safety suit, mask or helmet, shoes, etc. as the full process is completed inside the cabinet. This makes eco-friendly, cost-effective and pollution-free environments, so it also called a dustless blasting cabinet and Industrial sandblast cabinet system. In cyclone sandblast cabinet dust collector is used called a cyclone. Sandblasting cabinet dust extractor or collector are many types of fabric bag dust collector, reverse pulse jet pleated filter dust collector, cyclone type dust extractor sandblasting cabinet for sale and service offices in all cities in India so that we fulfill the demands of customers at a given time.
Basically it is a closed-loop system by that an operator can blast the part and also recycle the abrasive media. The operator drafts the parts from the outline of the cabinet by placing his arms in gloves attached to glove holes on the cabinet, viewing the part through a view window and, typically, turning the blast on and off using a bottom pedal or treadle.
There are three types of sandblasting cabinet system :
- Wet Blasting Cabinet
- Pressure Blasting Cabinet
- Suction Blasting Cabinet
