We are offering two pneumatic models of Internal Pipe Sand blasting Machine used for cleaning inside the diameter of the pipe (ranging 51-914mm) and up to 40 feet. These tools are easy to operate and no rotation of heavy pipes is required, hence saving time and expenditure. The tool is included in hollow pipes coupled with portable blasting machine via blasting hose and moved on lightweight centering carriage, the tool is further pushed manually from one end to the other. Thus, blasting is carried to remove stubborn rust, carbon mill scale, old paints, etc. to obtain white metal finish (ideal for further coating).
Operating Principle of External Steel Pipe Shot Blasting Machine:
In pipe blasting machine having two blast wheels, these blast wheels are positioned at the bottom and top side of the pipe blasting machine. The entire cabinet is filled with Manganese Steel Tile. The inlet and outlet side cabinet (pipe blasting equipment) is produced through the suction rubber curtain of different sizes matching the different OD of the pipe. Rubber curtain blocks shaking of shots from pipe blasting devices. The entire pipe shot blasting machine is properly ventilated by powerful Pulse jet type Dust Collector. The pipes are kept on the inner side of the screw conveyor unit and are taken into blast room where a blast wheel abrasive media to clean the surface of the pipe and is thus completely blast cleaned in pipe blasting machine. This cleaned blasted pipe extends out from the outlet portion of the conveyor belt from where the pipe is carried out from pipe blasting equipment to a suitable place.
