Airless shot blasting machines are sturdy, rugged and proven across a wide variety of working conditions. They have been designed to carry out the multifarious jobs of cleaning and peening in a faster time and of better quality than all other makes of the machine. The latest design of the blast wheel is incorporated, in order, also to keep the maintenance costs significantly low. The rubber conveyor belt is rugged and gives long life. The Shot Blasting Machine has a powerful Blast Wheel station, the blast wheel is directly mounted on the shaft of the motor so that more amounts of shots can be driven per HP and less maintenance The Blast Wheel assembly contains a few alloy steel hard and the wheel blades are taper lock type. The work cabinet of the machine is fully aligned with Manganese steel tiles. The door of the cabinet has a pneumatic cylinder for automated opening and closing of the same.
A shot replenishes device is fitted on the abrasive recycling system, this device automatically adds the abrasive media as and when there is a shortage of abrasive in the storage blasting hopper of the wheel. The abrasive recycling system houses a powerful air dynamic separation system, which continually cleans and washes abrasive media. The vertical panel with all controls is provided and the panel can be positioned as per the requirement of the customer. The main cabinet with abrasive recovery and cleaning system is connected through a duct with reverse pulse jet type or cartridge type Fabric Filter Bag of dust collection unit which provides require suction power to the blast cabinet and abrasive recovery unit. The machine can be further automated by providing a program logic controller (PLC).
