It is named so because in this kind of equipment components will be hanged on the hook and can be rotated, components are rotating so it’s also called as spinner hanger shot blasting machine. In spinner hanger shot blasting machine or hook type shot blasting machine hanger are mounted on the doors of the shot blasting cabinet. For the blasting operation, the door of the machine is opened where blasting is done and components are loaded on to the hanger. Then the door is closed and the blast wheel system is operated.
The 2 Nos. of blast wheel stations are located strategically around the cabinet which fires abrasive media on the rotating components loaded on the hanger in spinner hanger shot blasting machine. The components are shot blasted homogeneously all around the rotating hook and thus clean the components effectively in hook type shot blasting machine. After the blast cleaning cycle is over, the blast wheel is shut off and the door is opened for unloading of components which is done manually.

Closed Loop Hanger Shot Blasting Machine

The components or pieces which are to be shot blasted are placed on these hangers and one by one taken inside the blast chamber for blasting purpose by the chain-driven mechanism system. Blasting wheel stations are located strategically around the cabinet and with high-velocity abrasive material are shot on rotating hanger that contains components in a hook shot blasting machine. The components are shot blasted evenly all around. After the blast cleaning cycle is over, the blast wheel is shut off and the hanger is taken out for the unloading process of a component in the spinner hanger blast machine. This makes the process continues with the next hanger placed on the chain-driven trolley.
Y-type Hanger Shot Blasting Machine
The door of the Y-type Hanger Shot Blasting Machine is opened automatically or manually and components or pieces are loaded on to the trolley mounted. The door is then closed and the blasting wheel system is operated in a spinner hanger blast machine or hook shot blasting machine. The abrasive at high speed falls upon the components on the rotating hanger, hanger rotates in both clockwise & Anti-clockwise direction, and for a definite time period set by the operator and thus blast cleans the components thoroughly. After the blast cleaning cycle is over, the blast wheel is shut off and the door is opened and the hanger moves out for unloading of pieces or blasting surfaces. At the instant time, another hanger on the Y-track moves in for blasting purposes.
Door type Hanger Shot Blasting Machine
In Door type Hanger Shot Blasting Machine the components are hanged and rotated on the gate or the door of the machine so that blasting can be done all sides. In this machine, the hanger is mounted on the doors of the shot blasting machine. For the blasting operation, the door of the machine is opened either manually or through pneumatically and then components are loaded on to the door hanger. Then the door is closed and the blast wheel system is operated. Blast wheel stations are located strategically around the cabinet & abrasive material or media are propelled on rotating components. The components are shot blasted homogeneously all around on the rotating hanger and blast cleans the components or pieces loaded on them. After the blast cleaning cycle is over, the door is opened for the unloading of components can be done manually or automatically.
