We are offering two pneumatic models of internal pipe Abrasive blasting machine used for cleaning inside the diameter of the pipe (ranging 51-914mm) and up to 40 feet. These tools are easy to operate and no rotation of heavy pipes is required, hence saving time and expenditure. The tool is inserted into hollow pipes coupled with portable Abrasive blaster via blasting hose and carried on lightweight centering carriage, the tool is further pushed manually from one end to the other. Thus, blasting is offered to eliminate old paints, unreasonable rust, carbon mill scale, etc. to achieve a white metal finish (ideal toward further coating).

(II) pipe Abrasive blasting equipment, SB IRBT (ROTO BLAST)

Regularly recognized as ‘Rotoblast’, as rotating head are driven via compressed air, carrying two nozzles positioned radially running at constant velocity to provide uniform and even blasting.
The Machine comes with 3 leg support for better grip, centering carriage and two TC lined nozzles.
