Shot blast machines suitable for the treatment of goods of middle/large sizes handled horizontally or of products middle/small dimensions attached to proper jigs.
The handling of the work-pieces can be done by a couple of elevators, overhead conveyors, or driven trolleys at ground level.
The blast operation is done in one pass on the whole element surface throughout the crossing of the tunnel. Downstream the blasting tunnel, it is reasonable to install a standard blasting cabinet for re-touching or blowing suction cabinet to eliminate possible residual shots on the work-pieces.
Tunnelblast machines are very often placed in complete automated lines of shot-blasting/painting systems.
The machine is designed for automatic dynamic shot blasting of Pavement Blocks/ Sand Stone/ Marble Plates/ used for construction work. The Job is loaded on the Roller Conveyor from the right side and is fed in the Blasting Cabinet where they are blasted inside the chamber. The Pavement Blocks / Sand Stone Plates are un-loaded at the end of the track on the left side after it is dried/cleaned by blowing effect from Blower Fan. The speed of the belt drive can be regulated by AC drives. The blasting cabinet is preserved from erosion by LINERS (Hardened wear plates), mounted on the sidewalls, top & door.
